My Yoga Classes

Group Classes or 1:1 Available

Classes can be held at your sports club or work place.

Wellbeing is crucial for all participants . Yoga can be an additional tool to help with athletes flexibility, recovery, strength, balance and relaxation. It is important that athletes and players are focused on their sport and yoga can help with releasing stress and improve mental clarity.

I can provide bespoke yoga sessions. For example a strength yoga session or a recovery session at your club. I can also deliver sessions for staff, team sessions, one of sessions or block sessions etc.. All sessions commence with meditation and finish with yoga Nidra/relaxation. During the summer an outdoor session may be delivered on a Saturday morning (weather dependant) at 8.30am at Barrs Bay please check with Victoria for details

 

Hatha  Yoga

The class will include a flow and Yoga Nidra relaxation at the end. 

 

Outdoor Yoga

Why not connect with yourself and with nature at the same time? This outdoor class is designed to awaken your energy within whilst enjoying some beautiful scenery of surrounding water and natural environmental noises. Listen to the birds sing and the calm water nearby.  

 

Kids Yoga

Classes coming in the near future.

These classes are used to introduce children to the relaxation, meditation and physical aspects of yoga. The classes are fun based allowing the children to explore movement and connect with themselves. 

 
 

Amare Yoga by Victoria

Why not take yourself to the next level by learning to relax and connect with your body? Flexibility and breathe awareness are some of the atributes which you will learn through Yoga for Sports. Available on a consultation basis to sports / clubs.
